Who we are

GoCue is made by Lorenz Magg, Schumanngasse 68/1-3, 1170 Vienna, Austria (“we”). Contact: support@gocue.uk.

The short version

GoCue does not collect personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Data that stays on your device

Your shows, cues, hits, settings and any audio you import are stored only on your device. We cannot see them. If you export a show, the file goes wherever you choose to share it.

Sound pack downloads

When you download a sound pack, your device requests the files from packs.gocue.uk. This service is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes your IP address to deliver the files and protect the service. We do not receive or store your IP address or any other information about you from these downloads. Cloudflare’s handling of data is described in its privacy policy. This website is served by Cloudflare in the same way and uses no cookies or analytics.

Purchases and crash reports

Apple handles your purchase of GoCue. If you agree to share diagnostics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. Both are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove everything GoCue stored on your device, delete the app.

Children

GoCue does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your personal data, and to object. Write to support@gocue.uk. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the effective date.
